Missing Records in Next Year
Records that are recorded as continuing (1:), completed but not achieved (2:8), or breaks in learning (6:3) in the first ILR, but not included in the next. Breaks in learning (6:3) that have been converted to withdrawn (3:3) in the subsequent year are treated as correct and not flagged.
